It pains me to write a negative review of any business, however the doctors and administration of this practice need a wake up call. Or maybe they are so big and busy they just don't care. First off, this in no way is a statement regarding the quality of the surgeons as far as their work goes. We have no complaints there, though I will say the bedside manner could be a little less cold. Our experience with the PA was outstanding and huge kudos go to the woman who checks us out and makes the next appointment. She is a joy. However the negatives far outweighs the positive. I have yet to find an office that disrespects the time of their patients more than these folks. Echoing other reviewers, wait times for set appointments can be as as long as an hour and a half. The average has been 45 minutes. This is not only rude and disrespectful, it is arrogant. I can understand the occasional emergency but this tardiness is the norm, not an exception. So here's a question to the practice: What makes my time less valuable than yours? Couple this the consistently rudest individual working at any front desk I have ever encountered (she never smiles, makes eye contact or says hello, barks at everyone and seldom says thank you), along with nurse and assistants that seem so harried because everything is running late, I have to wonder why we stayed here instead of leaving to seek a more compassionate practice?

I have been a long time patient of this practice. The front office staff at the Camelot office is always very difficult to take. I typically leave frustrated and upset due to the unprofessional treatment I have received. They have demeaned me multiple times when simply asking a question and do not treat you with respect. While I loved my doctor, he just retired. I tried to go to my first appointment today and after just getting off the elevator I was I was not able to check in without the lady loudly discussing my concerns so the other patients could hear her mistreatment of me. I saw other patients staring at me while the woman disrespected me loud enough for others to hear. I will not return to meet the new incoming doctor because of the front office staff. If I have to find a new doctor I might as go where I will be treated with respect and dignity. I tried to speak to the office manager who clearly was just a friend to the other lady as she repeated the exact same rude behavior. Over the years I have provided feedback to the practice managers and nothing has changed. Clearly treating patients with kindness is not part of the job description for the front office staff.

I don't usually write bad reviews but this was pretty over the top. I read the reviews prior to my appointment but really needed to see a doctor due to spinal chord compression in my neck. My concern going in to this after reading these reviews, was that this was a serious issue that the practice will not care about my health situation because they have a large practice and only care about quantity over quality. The first visit was really quick. My insurance denied the doctor's original request for MRI. I was told Dr. Clifford would get in touch with me with the next steps and he was out at a "golf outing". Never happened. MRI was finally approved, I'm in lots of pain at this point. When I finally scheduled the appointment, I was really disturbed with the way the woman at the front desk handled the situation. I ask for an appointment to review my MRI as a follow up for the next steps. I've been in alot of pain and I'm trying to get there as soon as possible. I was fine with everything up until this point until I asked the woman what I should do and if I should go the the emergency room due to my pain levels before the follow up. She responded with "I don't know, I have back and neck pain issues too and I would just deal with it", in a very rude manner (there are so many ways that this could have been handled better). This just added to the reviews on here and totally showed the lack of disrespect, professionalism and care that this practice displays. Maybe it is just the front desk, but alot of these attitudes sometimes filter from the top down and I'm not willing to take that chance with my health. If this is just my initial experience with this place, I can't imagine what things would be like if I continued with surgery or any follow up care. I found another practice.
