  Truly a world-class customer service experience!!! I had the most pleasant experience at Dr. Hugo's office. From the moment I walked through the front door, Kryssy made me feel so welcome with her beautiful ear to ear smile. My initial consultation with Dr. Hugo was very informing, as he took the time to show me several before and after pictures. He also explained several "Non-surgical" options for me that I can do in the upcoming years to keep looking fresh! During my actual Botox procedure, I must say, Nurse Pat is literally THE most gentle injector I have ever come across! She really took her time and made sure I was very comfortable during my Botox procedure! Anyone of my friends receiving Botox elsewhere... you are missing out (come see Nurse Pat!)! Pat took her time and actually saved me money by using the least amount of units, yet delivering a flawless result. Not a single bruise AT ALL! As a Botox veteran of 4 years now... I literally have bruised EVERY other time I have been injected by someone other than Nurse Pat! I am looking forward to my follow up appointment in 2 weeks. I am recommending ALL of my friends, family & clients to Dr. Hugo's office for ALL of your skincare, Botox & Dermal filler needs!!!!
