  Horrific experience ever!!! Back in 2015, I recieved treatment with this dental office with covered insurance. I remember vaguely but they werent able to treat me fully. Then a YEAR and half later I started to notice letters of billing statements mailed to me. NO phone calls, emails, or any direct notification. So now, they've put me on collections. I wanted the lawyer fees and other collection fees that were up to $100 extra to be removed because i felt like I wasnt being notified directly. Now, I called the collection firm, they wanted the dental office to call them, and I called the dental office and the dental office wanted the firm to call them. It was a catch between them where I wasnt being helped at all. Aside of it all, the dental biller, Shelly, was very RUDE to me. I was a little bit rude too but thats because I am obviously upset with my situation. But I didnt deserved to be hung up on. The main problem here is the dental office has poor communicatoin with their collections firm. Now im stuck wondering what to do.
