Dr. Rutledge and staff go to great lengths to make you feel welcome, comfortable and treatment is pain free. Dr. Rutledge does it right the first time, is a perfectionist at his craft and truly cares that your experience at his office is top notch. - ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Jim has been my dentist since I came to Virginia Beach twenty seven years ago. I'm celebrating my 82nd birthday next month with a symptom-free, highly effective set of dentures that I credit to Dr Rutledge. As a medical school teacher I used to advise my students that the quality of one's life is largely dependent on the efficient functioning of ones smooth muscle sphincters (for intake and output control purposes...).
