  State Farm is a great Insurance company, however not all agents are. For the most part every time I needed to contact this office whomever I spoke with did not get the full message. There were holes left in every need for contacting them and I always had to call back because something was not done right. It would of made my life easier doing the job myself but that's not my job, it's yours. A major suggestion I would make is to differentiate the two Rebeccas you have working there answering the phone. As a customer it makes it stupidly difficult to know the difference between the two when they announce themselves the same. Having to call back because you didn't get a follow up call and then having to re-explain the reason for the call is not what I want to be doing. I want to be an appreciated customer. I didn't get the feeling from this agents office on multiple levels. Maybe our relationship was not meant to work out but as a customer I felt annoyed, disregarded and hopeless that if I needed to rely on this office to get something done for me it was a 90% chance that wasn't going to happen. Of course the majority of review are from people who are dissatisfied with whatever the scenario maybe, I hate to be this person but I'm glad I have taken my business elsewhere. Its one less thing I have to worry about.
