  This store has phenomenal customer service! The Management is very pleasant, and they will help you find what you need. I came in completely clueless, searching for a product. A member of Management approached me and asked me if they could help me find anything. Now a days in customer service, if you ask a employee where a product is located. They will tell you the aisle it's on, but in this case. She literally stopped what she was doing and walked me to the aisle. She showed me where the product was, and the price of the product. That is how customer service should be in all stores. The Pharmacy staff are very delightful. They will go out of their way to satisfy, and put a smile on your face. They are also very personable, if you are not well. They will help you find exactly what you need. Overall this Pharmacy goes the extra mile, and to me. That is what makes Rite Aid have phenomenal customer service!
