  So today I had an appointment at 10:40 but didn't get called until 11:10. When I first got in there, my mother had called about a form she needed to fill out the day before, however the front desk people had no idea what she was talking about. I was not very surprised about being called in late though because this also happened at my last visit. Then I waited two hours just for the manager (I believe she is) to tell us the doctor needed at least a day to review the form. We were never told that and I understand the circumstances, but they let us wait for two hours to never even see the doctor. They seem to be very unorganized and I will not be returning to this office. I would not recommend it. We had also noticed that the sink faucet was MOLDY. It was disgusting and unsanitary.
