  I don't know where to start. Worst moments of my life involve this place. The third floor being terrible is a LIE. It's like paradise compared to CER. Actually the third floor is kind of a well kept secret. CER is garbage. I do not mean the patients. You know you're in h-e-double hockey sticks when the golden boy, Tito on CER who is adored and cherished blocks you from using the bathroom in an emergency situation and the official response is that your human rights were not violated. Noted. My question: Is there any such thing as a human rights violation to Wendy? I seriously doubt it. The same low life staff never leave and I'm sure are never even reprimanded for anything. So you know this place is pretty incredible, as in what is accepted here in terms of continuous human rights violations waved on, and even encouraged ad infinitum. When you enter "voluntarily" you will be surprised at what the reality of that is vs. what you think it is. You might as well be TDO, because honestly you get out much more quickly that way. Signed a frequent flyer who has NEVER been helped in my many stays, voluntarily or not. The bottom line, these workers can do and say anything, because who will believe a crazy person over a golden boy? Nobody that's who.
